I was wondering if you all had any data on YOY quota increases for your territory managers/Sales reps? I have an upcoming meeting with the global leaders of my company and I wanted some hard data/benchmarks to learn what the average YOY increase should be. This past year, the leadership team doubled, tripled and in some cases quadrupled our sales reps quotas - resulting in our top reps only hitting 26% of the new quota and increasing turnover in the department. An example would be Rep A's 2018 quota was $225,000 and for 2019 increased to $840,000. Another example is Rep B's 2018 quota was $450,000 and for 2019 increased to $900,000. The leadership team responds well to data so I hope by presenting resources to show that increase was not industry standard we can adjust and prevent this from happening again
