I am the Sales Trainer for a worldwide organization that currently has playbooks created for the Sales Development and Software Maintenance Renewal roles. I am looking for suggestions on improving what currently exists. What content should be included in a playbook? Where and how should the playbook be kept to make it user friendly and easily accesable? (online, word doc etc) Overall, I would like these playbooks to be a resource for tenured reps and used in conjunction with new hire training. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
