This seems to come up every few years as new leaders take over, but are their any stats/reports/feedback from the association on talk time per day of an Inside Sales Rep? Specifics are that they are an Outbound selling team with assigned territories and accounts. Responsible to maintain and grow sales into their regions. They receive a GREAT deal of emails from their accounts as well. Leadership envisions this team as spending 75% of their time selling, so they are looking for 6 hours of talk time on an 8 hour day. No......really, 6 hours.
