Thank you to the experts for their recent responses on Talk Time. That being said, many said they no longer track Talk Time, so what do you track and manage your team to? As a reminder.....This is an outbound calling team, with assigned accounts they are responsible to grow. They are responsible for their own Order Entry. So I am curious what type of metrics the experts use or would suggest I use? Thank you once again!
