The question is, should I include or remove a job at which I was at for only a few months in my resume. The background: I recently participated in a sales internship program that offered placement assistance for the participants after the program completion into SDR/BDR roles. Post-program I did land a role but I was let go towards the end of the 90-day probation because the company decided that they needed someone that had additional experience and expertise and they didn't have the resources/time to develop me further Essentially, I was too green for the sales role (the role was a full cycle position, not SDR) and they needed someone with more experience in sales. (They were aware of my limited experience when I was hired, i was upfront with that. For the company, it was an experiment in which they wanted to see if they wanted to participate in potentially hiring other training program participants in the future).
