What is your best practice for penalizing Sales reps for poor CRM Sales force Hygiene? I have trained and coached on updating the CRM to insure good data and several individuals still are sloppy in updating the CRM. Now its time to penalize those who do not have good CRM hygiene. What would you suggest in handling the culprits? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
