I am looking to implement KPI's for my BDRs which focus on conversion in order to drive the quality of meetings they are booking. I will look to implement some sales incentive kickers which also support this. Does anyone have any recent industry benchamarking on Meeting to Opportunity, Opportunity to Won, Meeting to Won conversion rates? Currently we have a Meeting to Opp conversion of 27%, Opp to Won of 11% and Meeting to Won of 3%...these seem very low to me. I would appreciate some comments on this please?
