I am currently managing a small BDR team (2 in Poland, 1 in London) but I am looking to move the 2 heads in Poland to London as the majority of the workforce are in London, as am I. The cost will be higher for the resource in London so I am focussing my Business Case on the benefits of doing so...building the BDR team, sharing best practice, locality to other resources, proximity to me as their manager to support, coach and train to impact better results. Does anyone have any experience of moving heads from different locations to one location? If so, what were your main reasons for doing so? And do you have any advice for me on what else to consider? Thanks!
