Looking at crafting a new compensation plan for Inside Sales Agents. They handle inbound phone calls/chats, and call outbound to follow-up on our website's lead/signup capture. Hearing that in California Inside Sales Agents need to be at a 50/50 Base/OTE Split... Is this true, or can we craft a plan that is 60/40, 70/30 etc? https://www.worklawyers.com/commission-payments-california-employment/. Does it matter if the agents are exempt/non-exempt?
