We are interested in gathering input in surveying representatives on their manager’s sales coaching competence. Our goal is to compare the manager’s self-evaluation against a perspective from their representatives. Our puzzle is whether to initiate the survey request from the manager or distribute the survey from a more centralized source. Both approaches have their pros and cons.
