hello- we're in the middle of restructuring our sales org. from all-in-one reps, to Hunters, Farmers, Miners. We're a SAAS based company. i'm curious for your hunters, are there any metrics in how "lifetime-value" of a client plays a role in compensation plans? For instance if the average life of a client is 5yrs(made up) is there any baseline on how much(if any) you should be considering that value when structuring a commission plan?
