Hi All, just took on a new BDR org where I'm wanting to start creating some KPIs around quality metrics. I'm coming in to the team Q4 so am not looking to redo their comp plan until 2021, however good timing to start introducing some things as a "soft metric". Right now my main focus is activity as that is in need of immediate improvement, however as I build that baseline I want to ensure we start pivoting quickly to quality to dig into how we can drive increased productivity and better output on meetings set and opp gen. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on metrics to starting look at. We use SalesLoft just for context. Thanks in advance!
