Hi all, While the stereotypical dynamic of marketing & sales are not lost on me, I have a question: What is the most successful model you've seen when it comes to aligning marketing and sales leadership. If you had an opportunity to "blow up" the structure of a startup (sub 150 employees) sales team, how would you integrate marketing to be the most impactful to the overall sales team. Q's: Where would you put BDRs? Where would you put enablement? How can the head of marketing and head of sales work together to unify the teams? Thanks for any and all help + insight.
