I am looking to dedicate a sales team that will only use Chat to interact with perspective clients. Today we leverage this channel, but it is additional to other channels for these associates. My question: Is there specific skills we should identify for the right candidate? Is there an ideal candidate that is better using Chat vs phone/email? Thank you!
