Hi All! I'm looking for some advice from those who have experience managing the emerging US Commercial function of a European HQ'd company or similar situation. I've been asked to accelerate our US growth but am finding many of the problems are because we expect the US business to behave just like the EU business, yet they are very different. We have aggressive growth targets and the US as a new market has incredible opportunity for us, but I'm struggling in getting buy-in to run/goal/comp/etc the US (new market) in a different way. Any advice or experience is very much welcomed!
