Our organization is looking at the compensation structures for inside sales members. I understand that there are specific laws in regards to inside sales compensation that don't apply to field sales compensation. I am looking for some guidance on how to best structure comp plan for inside sales currently and next looking to see if changing the structure, job title, job description, etc. would result in not having to structure their comp under inside sales laws. I was only able to find general sales comp info on the resource center; nothing specific to inside sales.
