Currently I am the VP of Digital Sales and Marketing at a Safety Distribution company. I am currently building a Digital (Inside) Sales team from the ground up along with connecting our marketing to our sales teams. By building the infrastructure of recruiting, training, KPIs, Sales Enablement, Best Practices, Empowerment, and sharing a vision our Digital team was able to achieve 40-60% growth in just two months.
Prior to my current position I had spent 5+ of 20 years building an Inside Sales team from 6 IAEs to 535 IAEs in the 3 different countries. In my career with a Fortune 500 Transportation company, I was been able to work in various different departments in different leadership roles. I was able to work closely with customer service, sales operations, sales support, marketing, operations, and technology during my tenure there.
My passion lies with Digital (Inside Sales), process improvement, and empowering people to bring out the best in themselves.
Since becoming a member of AA – ISP I have been able to gain many connections that have been able to influence me and elevate our vision and our results. AA-ISP is really a tight network of connections all striving for the same goals and greatness. I have been working for YRC Freight for over 15 years. I have been an Inside Sales Manager for 5 years, working to improve processes and develop our Inside Account Executives. I work closely with our Technology department to identify improvement areas and make our sales department as efficient as possible.
I have spent the last 30 years in customer-facing roles developing skills in management and customer retention. The last 25 years have been at two of the top Fortune 500 Companies in transportation. Over the years I have spent much of my time growing and developing teams that support sales or are directly involved in sales. I have a great passion to help develop and create positive and successful sales cultures Awards; Chairman’s Award, Crystal Wing and Top Sales Performance for the Quarter and Year.
I have spent the last 10 years in a Sales & Training role at Doextra CRM Solutions. My mantra is Sell.Train.Retain. I wear a number of hats at Doextra with my primary focus being not only to bring on new clients but to maintain long-term successful relationships with each and every one. I have trained more than 60 companies on Salesforce.com. It’s more than the tool, we are in the business of changing behavior. I work closely on process improvements with sales teams/leaders and ensure the end users have a positive and purposeful experience. My goal with being a member of AA-ISP is to bring people together from all industries to share best practices and expertise with one another.
