Amyra Rand has spent the last 15 years of her career growing and scaling world class sales teams. With an emphasis in technology start-ups and leading inside sales teams, Amyra has worked in the Human Capital Management, Heathcare IT and ERP industries helping small businesses increase efficiencies and grow their businesses.
Amyra is currently the VP of Sales & Strategic partnerships at Criteria Corp, responsible for driving Criteria Corp’s sales strategies, increasing sales operational efficiencies, and accelerating market growth. Prior to joining Criteria Corp, Amyra held the VP of Sales Role at Kareo – an Irvine based company that provided medical billing software and services to independent medical practices. Prior to that she held a number of Senior Leadership roles at companies headquartered in Orange County including HireRight (a pre-employment background screening provider), and Sage Software (a leading supplier of Business Management solutions to Small and Mid-Sized Businesses).
Amyra currently serves as Vice President of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals, Orange County Chapter. She holds an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business, Pepperdine University, and a BA in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine.

Marcella Cavallaro is the Digital Sales Enablement Sector Director at Esri. In this role, she supports Esri’s digital transformation through enablement of an online buying journey, primarily creating and enhancing digital sales experiences. She leads the Sales Development, Inside Sales, and Mid-Market Sales teams, working collaboratively across Esri to simplify and improve digitalization of sales processes, increase YOY sales coming through digital channels. Prior to her role as the Director for Digital Sales, Marcella was the Emerging Business Manager on Esri’s National Government team. For almost a decade, Marcella has partnered with a variety of national government organizations to successfully apply location intelligence to mission-critical workflows. Prior to joining Esri, Marcella was a GIS analyst at Dewberry and Davis, LLC. She holds a bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of Mary Washington and a master’s in geographic and cartographic sciences from George Mason University. Marcella is based in Redlands, California.

Cece Renick is an Account Manager at Chili Piper. Chili Piper focuses on developing solutions for collaborative sales and marketing teams. A graduate of MSU Bozeman with a degree in Health and Human Development, Cece, has lead Customer Success departments for a variety of SaaS based technologies before deciding to make the transition to account management.
Active in community service, Cece has served as the Corporate Sponsorship Chairperson for TEDxBozeman for four years. TedX Bozeman has been recognized as one of the top three independent TexX events in the word. Cece served as the Board President for the Friends of the Montana State University Library, Vice President of the board for BridgerCare, and is a member of the State of Montana Information Technology Board.
