By this time, most of our sales community has transitioned to working remotely in light of the COVID-19 situation. The first week may have been a struggle with technology and new routines, week two was a blur with finding new messaging and ways to connect with our prospects, and for many, keeping our reps motivated and engaged is a challenge we are trying to get in front of by proactively changing our management and motivation processes.
This roundtable discussion will bring together leaders to discuss our challenges around motivating in the new remote world, share ideas, ask questions, and just get real with each other on how things have been going over the last few weeks.
