Overview

In January of 2013, the AA-ISP, with support from its Corporate Underwriter InsideSales.com, completed an extensive industry analysis to discover The Top Inside Sales Challenges. This survey included 831 responses from leaders and frontline selling reps. For the first time in our profession's history, individual contributors across all types of businesses and selling models were asked to rank their most pressing challenges via a large-scale national survey. The frontline results mirrored some of the very same challenges which surfaced via the leadership side of the survey.
