At the 2016 AA-ISP Executive Retreat, the dominant theme in the Coaching working group was “We aren’t coaching enough”. The conversation in this workgroup tended toward how to find time and resources to coach. Training, organization, hiring and firing - all consistently drew the group’s attention, but (just like on the sales floor) we barely touched on the act of coaching sales conversations. This webinar will look at all the obstacles to real sales coaching, and what can be done to overcome them.

Those looking to learn how to use a combination of high-conversational frequency and call dispositions to turn coaching into a step-by-step process that eliminates the excuses and delivers immediate, measurable results.
