LARGE GROUP SESSIONS
During the Retreat, attendees spend time together to learn and engage as a large group for
‘Think Tanks’, Special Guest Speakers, networking, meals and more. Each attendee has the
opportunity to introduce themselves to the group in hopes of making key connections throughout
the Retreat that you can utilize during and after the event.
No need for your business casual attire, think casual Saturday! The relaxed environment this
Retreat provides makes it easy and gives ample time for leaders to share and network with one
another. We encourage participants to take this time away from the office to share their own
best practices as well as learn from others in a no-pitch zone environment! Leave the egos and
products at the airport!
These workgroups focus on leadership/sales challenges or be designed for specific roles or
industries to meet and discuss/share. Workgroup topics are decided by attendees while at the
Retreat to ensure the agenda focuses on the group’s specific wants and needs.

conversation and introduce leaders to those who may have similar challenges or can help solve a
A variety of networking opportunities are offered during the downtime on Wednesday afternoon.
Past activities consisted of golf, winery/brewery tours, historic site tours, horseback riding,
biking & many more!
TOP TIP TAKEAWAYS
A Retreat favorite, the ‘Top Tip Takeaways’ are a time to share with participants the tips you
learned that you would take back your organization. Often, these quick tips provide you with
additional ideas you may have missed during the event.
CHALLENGE THINK TANKS
In a rapid-fire format, participants share their top challenge with fellow participants. Ask any
past attendee and they will tell you that this is a session you won’t want to miss! Getting
feedback specific to your challenge from peers often facing the same challenge is priceless.

Kronologic converts more of your leads into meetings and fills up your sales team's calendars. With no work for your sales team, and only a single-click from prospects, leads convert to meetings and pipeline creation and bookings dramatically increase. Kronologic allows sellers to be omnipresent, ensures a great buyer experience, and allows Marketing to get data they’ve never had before.
Sitting between the CRM and the calendar, Kronologic listens to timing signals that a prospect or account is ready to speak with Sales and then goes to work on behalf of the seller to lock in a meeting. To the buyer, it feels like a company and a seller that are in tune with their needs. To the sales rep, it feels like magic - they walk into work with meetings already confirmed on their calendar.
At Kronologic, we believe the best kind of sales tech fills up your calendar, not your to-do list.
