Our Retreats are limited to practitioners who have leadership responsibility over
Sales or a related functional area.
Any senior leader from Manager to Executive looking to improve their efficiency, increase
ROI, and streamline processes are encouraged to attend.

represent vendors, consulting firms, recruiters or anyone who sells and/or markets into the

LARGE GROUP SESSIONS
During the Retreat, attendees spend time together to learn and engage as a large group for
‘Think Tanks’, Special Guest Speakers, networking, meals and more. Each attendee has the
opportunity to introduce themselves to the group in hopes of making key connections throughout
the Retreat that you can utilize during and after the event.
No need for your business casual attire, think casual Saturday! The relaxed environment this
Retreat provides makes it easy and gives ample time for leaders to share and network with one
another. We encourage participants to take this time away from the office to share their own
best practices as well as learn from others in a no-pitch zone environment! Leave the egos and
products at the airport!
These workgroups focus on leadership/sales challenges or be designed for specific roles or
industries to meet and discuss/share. Workgroup topics are decided by attendees while at the
Retreat to ensure the agenda focuses on the group’s specific wants and needs.
Each workgroup is 45-minutes long and is led by a moderator who is there to help guide the
conversation and introduce leaders to those who may have similar challenges or can help solve a
A variety of networking opportunities are offered during the downtime on Wednesday afternoon.

Tanque Verde Ranch is one of America’s old time cattle and guest ranches. Tanque Verde is Spanish for “green
tank” or “green pool” and now designates all the area east of Tucson rising into the Rincon Mountains.
Heavily watered and with substantial artesian pressure, this location was an ideal desert watering hole.

AA-ISP suggests renting a car from the airport, but Uber/Lyft is also available for
participants. As the event approaches an event app will be released which participants can use
for planning rideshare options as well.
When booking your travel, please keep in mind that sessions will begin at 11:00AM on Tuesday,
October 11th. Suggested arrival is the evening of Monday, October 10th. Sessions will conclude
before 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 13th.
