Creating a Career Path through Sales Development

As the SDR role evolves, so does the sales development career path. Our panel will discuss how to create a career path of your own and how to succeed at each step.

  • How long should an SDR be an SDR?

  • What are some milestones to look for along the way - points for celebration and/or promotion?

  • How should SDRs be measured?

  • What’s next? Having conversations with managers about career paths

  • SDRs in young or new organizations - how do they avoid moving up too quickly?

  • Typical career paths for SDRs - does this change with industry or company size?

Our panel will discuss these questions and share insight on how sales organizations are supporting their SDR teams through career development.
