Join us for this special joint Orange County / San Diego joint event! You’ll hear their Why, How, and What in addition to obstacles overcame and the results achieved. Part III – Workshop Time – Let’s take what we’ve talked about and apply it to your organization and team. Leveraging an Annual Planning document, what we’ve learned so far, and your peer group, come up with solutions or a starting point to tackling your most pressing priorities.
