It’s not enough to be busy - modern sales teams must learn to test, measure, and modify to achieve real gains. Sales teams that “mind the gap" pay attention to process to improve both quantity and quality of outcomes. Yet how do we find the time in our busy days to improve process?

Join us as we dive into Sales Development, written by Bray and Sorey, and whiteboard where leading sales development teams put a spotlight on process. 

We'll first breakout into 2 sessions as follows: 

XDR breakout will focus on account and contact data quality, hygiene, and stewardship. Not all data is created equal, and XDR's with data skills will succeed in Sales Dev. Worksheets will be provide to help you assess data quality.

Manager breakout will focus on leading your team to excel well beyond on-boarding with clear growth plans. Worksheets will be provided for managers to design growth plans for reps to achieve their revenue AND career goals.
