Overview:

We polled our members at the December Chapter meeting for hot topics members wanted to hear discussed – most looking for best practices and how to improve their processes.  One in particular that is on everyone’s mind is prospecting and how to adapt to be more effective. 

It is our privilege this time to hear from Mr. Inside Sales, Mike Brooks.  He is a proven leader in our industry with knowledge and insights we can all learn from.  Most recently I heard him present in a webinar about preparation, and gave me ideas on how to better help my team.
