No guest speakers, no sitting down and getting lectured! This event is an open networking event with top sales and marketing leaders in the Tampa, Orlando and St. Petersburg communities. We will be holding a workshop orientated event solving some classic issues for sales and marketing professionals (using beer as a catalyst for creative ideas).

Plan on coming in, engaging with local sales and marketing leaders, and solving some of the sales world’s biggest issues. We will have experts leading each workshop group, and working with you to solve issues like:

• Compensation Models - Building the right comp model for your sales team
• Performance Management - Motivating key players on the team to help and coach others
• Field and Inside Sales Alignment - How to align a winning team to hit your goals

We will come up with great ideas and innovations together in a fun “roll up our sleeves” setting. (and did we mention the free beer?!)
