Welcome, Lori Richardson, CEO of Score More Sales, a sales strategy consultancy, and is President of Women Sales Pros. She is also Co-President of the Boston Chapter of AA-ISP and is determined, after 30 years in sales, to see more women in sales roles in tech, SaaS, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, and other industries with "male majority" sales teams.  

In a very special session, Lori will share tangible ideas on ways to find, hire, and retain great women in sales, and discuss how to get more women into sales leadership despite the ongoing flat-line of growth.

• In a workshop style format, there will be some presentation, and lots of time to discuss in small groups so that everyone leaves with more insight and ideas to help move the needle. 
• We encourage sales leaders to attend - men and women. We encourage women sales reps to attend. In fact we encourage anyone who believes that an inclusive sales team is the way to go. 
• Leave this session with resources to take back to your team and inspiration to make it happen, and the opportunity to report on what was discussed 10 days later in a conference call to help with real issues that came up, or successes had since the session.
