We are kicking off a series of events over the next year focused on sales enablement. In this workshop-style open discussion, we will have activities and speakers around two topline issues:

  • What is sales enablement? Companies and individuals can define the role of sales enablement very differently, how do they compare?

  • How has the frontline manager's role changed with sales enablement?
