Come join the chapter officers of the NY-NJ-CT chapter at our Fall Networking @ Nite event! This is a great opportunity to meet and greet with sales professionals throughout the Tri-State area. We’ll also be introducing the new Chapter President Derek Garrard, Head of Business Development at Ladders!

Panel Discussion topics include: 

• Can you provide your definition of "High Performing Culture"?
• Have you aligned your departmental culture with your organizational culture, or are they separate entities?
• How do you think about individual team cultures (by manager) as part of the overall department culture?  Do you focus on that, or allow individual managers to own their own team culture?  
• Can you provide an example of wins you've had in driving high performing culture in one company/role that didn't work at another company/role? Why do you think it didn't work at a different location?  What are you considering about your own company SPECIFICALLY when you consider how to drive a culture of performance?
• Can you provide examples of failures or negative outcomes that you feel are preventable when trying to drive culture?
• How do you think about the demographics of your teams and how that relates to developing a culture of high performance, if at all?
