GDPR Compliance

In January 2012, the European Commission set out plans for data protection reform across the European Union in order to make Europe “fit for the digital age”.  Almost four years later, agreement was reached on what that involved and how it will be enforced.  One of the key components of the reforms is the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  GDPR affects anyone transferring personal data about anyone in an EU member state. GDPR applies to all that offer goods or services to individuals in the EU.  GDPR became effective May 25 2018.  For many organizations, compliance is an ongoing process.

Join us October 9th to hear how Solace addressed the GDPR compliance requirement.  Alex Kilgour, Chief Legal Officer will share with us the activities and process behind the scenes to enable Solace's compliance with GDPR.
