Atlanta area Sales Reps and Leaders, you are invited to join the AA-ISP Atlanta Chapter for a virtual session with Kevin Juza, AA-ISP San Diego Chapter President and Leadership Coach who will be leading a discussion on:

• How to connect with People
• How to create Team Vision
• Tenacity in Building Team Empowerment

With all the changes in our work environments, how is that impacting your team's culture? There are measurements in place to capture your employee's satisfaction, but what measurements are there to understand a leader's impact on creating a vibrant team culture?

There are three areas to look at in measuring your Team Culture:

• How are the leaders connected to their team members?
• Does the team have a vision for their group performance?
• Has the leader created a tenacious environment to succeed?

You will leave the meeting with a tool to help measure the impact on your team's culture and help to ensure you get the ROI on what you put into developing a healthy team culture.

The Format: 

This will be held as a Zoom Meeting where each participant will be able to turn on video, unmute, and talk with each other and utilize breakout rooms for networking and sharing.
