Knowing which metrics are meaningful to your customer, then documenting and reporting on those metrics, is a big part of communicating value.
In this month's Forum, we'll discuss which metrics your team is already measuring and reporting on skillfully, and which metrics they're finding challenging and why.
We'll also review a useful framework called the Triple Metric, which can be used to connect project-level metrics to strategic outcomes that customer decision makers care about.
IMPORTANT: Please come to this session prepared with a real customer account in mind for the basis of the reflection you'll be doing and taking back to your team.
