The Virtual Leadership Retreat brings together like-minded sales leaders who are invested in creating best-in-class sales teams as well as their own leadership development. Unique to other conferences, the Retreat focuses solely on solving the challenges facing our profession in a small, intimate group setting.
On Wednesday afternoon, three fun and relaxing networking activities will be available:
Virtual Golf Lesson and Stories from the PGA Tour: Slicing your driver too much and making way too many 3 putts? PGA National Golf Teacher of the Year and former tour player, Mike Milaska, will share tips that will get you making birdies at your very next round of golf. Bring your putter and favorite club for some hands-on tips from one of the top golf instructors in the world. Along with sharing some fixes to common golf swing mistakes, Mike will share some interesting and even hilarious stories from his time on the Pro Tour. (Duration: 90 minutes)
Virtual Painting Class:
Tap into your creative side for a Painting Night with Van Gogh, as we try our hand at recreating a version of his unforgettable Starry Night.
Logistics: All art supplies you need will be shipped directly to you and we will join our painting instructor over Zoom. Art supplies shipped to US residents only; international guests may join providing their own supplies. Registration for this activity will close on Feb 10th to allow for time to ship to your home. (Duration: 90 minutes)

It's time for the infamous global intelligence class final exam at the legendary School for Spies, but our professor has gone missing! Is it part of the test? Is the rival Snoops Academy behind this mystery? Join forces with your fellow Retreat attendees and be ready to explore as you hunt clues, track your professor around the globe, and (hopefully) pass the exam in time!
Logistics: All players will join a master Zoom meeting for an introduction to the game and then divide into breakout teams of 4-6 players. At the close, everyone will return to the main meeting for a group debrief and an announcement of the winners! Our dedicated game moderators will curate the game and are available throughout the entire experience. (Duration: 90 minutes)
Attendees are limited to practitioners who have leadership responsibility over Inside Sales or a related functional area. In order to maintain the integrity of the Retreat as a practitioner-based event, individuals who represent vendors, consulting firms, recruiters or anyone who sells and/or markets into the Inside Sales community are respectfully asked not to register.
