B2B Sales is traditionally male dominant, with women representing only 19 percent of sales leaders at the VP level and above (Gartner). Even in seemingly diverse sales environments, women are often met with unclear paths to leadership and a shortage of coaching and mentorship programs. 

While breaking the perception of sales as an old boys’ club is no easy task–many women are coming together both within their organizations, and globally, to do just that. 

In our final workshop of 2021, our all-star panel will share their top sales tips for 2022, diving into their own experiences growing into their sales positions, resources and programs they’ve found helpful, and actionable tips for advocating for equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Format

Our thought-leadership idea exchange panels are a resource for reps and leaders to learn from a variety of sales professionals from different organizations on topics that are important to moving business forward, closing more deals, and taking our teams to the next level!
