Given today’s hybrid work climate, employee motivation and engagement has never been more important.  In fact, a recent study found a direct link between employee engagement and quota attainment — team members who are more engaged have an attainment 12-30% higher than those who are less engaged. Financial targets alone are not a motivator, and they don’t drive performance.

To make a lasting impact, it’s vital to focus on what leads to true change in behavior. In this Idea Exchange, leaders will dissect the concept of motivation and break it down as an entire methodology.
