Following the insights and learning of Mike Brooks these past few years have been one of the best investments I have made in myself. It's difficult to determine the full yield of results achieved but through what I have learned and applied from Mike my sales have easily doubled - I am grateful for the work he puts into his books and services

After years in my industry, I accepted a position that required a significant amount of 'call colding'. Mike Brooks scripts and approaches were instrumental in meeting my annual goal in 6 months. When I reviewed my predecessor's comments in our CRM system, it was evident they had no clue about how to research prospects, customize a message to ensure its value.
I still refer to Mike's guide often.

Mike hits the nail on the head with what sales people really want. It's nice to know theories and high level ideas, but at the end of the day sales people just want to know what to say. Mike's approach is geared toward telling salespeople EXACTLY what to say on phone calls.
If part of your job involves cold call prospecting, I would recommend working with Mike and start improving immediately.

Mr. Brooks did a full day sales seminar for my company. It was time well spent! Not only did he motivate me to be a better salesperson, he also gave us great techniques to use over the phone for qualifying leads and closing deals. Since I attended the sales training, i have been coming to work earlier and making more deals. I'm also a big fan of his affirmations, and have been doing those daily as well. They work! I've read a lot of books on "phone scripts" and selling over the phone and none come close to the real world examples and language as this one. I was immediately able to use these scripts to get past gatekeepers and overcome objections.
Simply the best if what you're looking for are solid, "real" scripts on what to say to make more money selling over the phone.
