We have been using the Power dialer seek lists from Inside Sales for over 2 years, which includes local presence. The solution has given us the ability to increase our connect rate by 15% and present the highest value leads to our team at the right time. We find the tool invaluable and our SDRs cannot do their job without it.

We have used InsideSales.com for over two years now. It has allowed us to automate our qualifying process for our appointment-setting team. We use "Seek Lists" to target trial subscribers that are more engaged with our product and within the industries where we win. The "Local Presence" feature increased our pick-up rates dramatically. And their support is just outstanding. I virtually always get a human on the phone to work with me when I need a hand.

Inside sales has been instrumental in the growth of our company. The CRM is easy to use which allows us to easily train our staff. If we have questions we contact our dedicated rep who jumps in and helps us solve any issues we might have.
I've been an InsideSales.com customer for over 10 years at two different companies. At both companies, implementing InsideSales.com resulted in a significant increase in telesales productivity using the PowerDialer. We've recently rolled out the PowerStandings application which creates a more competitive 'work space' for those in a virtual call center environment and I'm very excited to see how that engages our work-from-home team members during their daily dialing sessions.
Customer Support is always friendly, prompt and 110% focused on client satisfaction with follow up voice messages and emails ensuring whatever issue was reported is completely resolved.
The Vision and NeuroAnalytics features gives unbelievable clarity into reporting pinpointing best times of day, days of the week, top performers and more to the nth degree. The details is pretty impressive.

My department has used Insidesales for over 3 years. Before we were using spreadsheets but with Insidesales it allows us to make more calls and be more productive. We are also able to be more organized with they system. The support team at Insidesales is very efficient. They always have a solution and they are able to walk your through any problems step by step.
My rep and the company itself has gone far and beyond their call of duty for us. Returning our calls asap and making sure whatever situation we have at the moment they will take care of it withing minutes. Great company, great service, great employees.
Overall very happy with our experience with InsideSales. Their technology is a core part of our SDR team, help us stay productive & efficient in our daily activities. Solid focus on customer success!

Has InsideSales.com been bug free for the last 2 years we've been using it? Of course not (you show me a software that is and I'll show you a software that's no longer relevant) but every step of the way the IS support and implementation team has been there to help us get everything flowing as smoothly as possible. InsideSales.com provides a solid dialing tool that is user friendly, along with a support staff that is a pleasure to work with. Every software tool has bugs in it that need to be fixed. That is a part of software itself. What sets InsideSales apart though, is that they have an amazing support staff that works hard to correct any issues that you do have or any bugs that are found in a timely matter, so that business is not affected long term. We used a different dialer tool before InsideSales, and the tool went down a lot, which affected business. Since being with InsideSales, we have not experienced any significant down time, which is crucial to a business. Overall we are very happy with the tool and how it has integrated so seamlessly with the way our organization functions.
I loved working with InsideSales.com. Not because we never experienced an issue from time to time, but rather because I always had an assigned person who always took my call, was familiar with our needs, and handling any issues quickly!! Our reps used to dread cold calling before we got InsideSales.com. Half of their time was spent creating lists and manually dialing numbers off of a stale spreadsheet. With InsideSales.com, we were able to forget about that. Being able to dial straight out of Salesforce, from lists that are generated to provide us with the best leads to call at the best times, makes Cold Calling far less painful. The reps like the ease of use, and their managers like the built in reporting, making it easy to challenge the reps using a competitive environment to boost morale as well as performance.

I worked with them over four months and still do not have the product set up. Their employees are overworked and do not have a clue when the company makes large changes - like updating the entire platform. I would not suggest this product due to the lack of customer support and internal lack of communication.

Immediate and obvious spike in our sales rep's number of calls and connect rates - nearly 100% increase in both! Implementation was quick and thorough. The anecdotal positive feedback from our reps is non-stop. Looking forward to years of good service and positive results.
We rely on InsideSales for all of our offices and never have our dialer metrics been this efficient. The Powerdialer technology provides so many advantages in comparison to previous dialers we have used in the past. The reporting is very intuitive and provides us with full transparency on how our leads performing and the data to make necessary changes.

What an incredible sales and on-boarding experience. The handoff between the sales and implementation team was clean.
The implementation team was very organized and set expectations and a aggressive time line for rollout, per our request.
To top it off, the people at Insidesales are great.
If you are not a "techie", it takes a lot of time to learn how to use the info in the system.I suppose this system works best with 50 sales people in a big room, but all I need is to be able to call potential/actual customers, and use the back button to return to a previous call if needed.
Suzie provided an exceptional support during the latest upgrades we performed for our Click -to-Call. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and reachable for questions literally 24/7. Some of my e-mails were answered a few minutes after I sent them despite the time being outside of the business hours!
InsideSales.com has been instrumental in my teams success. We use it exclusively for outbound dialing, leveraging both Click to Call, and Power Dialer. We also have great success with local presence dialing, and are about to implement gamification through the dashboards, and leaderboards.
We've used the InsideSales.com platform for over 2 years. It has drastically increased our calls per day, decreased call log time, and enabled us to trust and depend on Salesforce reporting. I highly recommend the IS platform to anyone in a contact center looking to achieve similar results.

Skyler Williams has been a very attentive account manager. He always responds to our issues and does his best to resolve them. He is a stickler for details but is as unconstraining as possible.
If you have the budget and time to layer in and manage a bunch of sales productivity tools for your team, good for you, but if either for economic or for focus reasons, you're going to get just one, make it InsideSales.com. I've used it to scale two sales organizations in completely different industries with very different sales/buying cycles to great effect.
The Inside Sales team has been VERY helpful with all of our questions and training. They are always a pleasure to work with!
Currently using their CRM and Powerdialer. The basic functions are okay, but the system is not very robust. The reporting engine needs a complete overhaul. Any report outside of something very basic, requires that the data be exported and manipulated in excel. User management is a challenge. Adding or removing users from routing rules or ACD's should be done at the user profile level instead of having to go into each individual ACD or routing rule to update. Their Tier 1 support team leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes I feel as though we know more about the system than they do since we consistently stump them.
We use InsideSales.com throughout our sales and marketing teams. We have been able to maintain very high call volumes in our marketing team (100-150 per rep), but also gain visibility into our sales teams' activities. Without the InsideSales.com integration, several customers would fall through the cracks because we would not be able to track their progress and call history if we were relying entirely on the sales team to enter data back into Salesforce.

InsideSales.com has been utilized by our inside sales group for a few months now and we're noticing that tracking calls, overall activity, and the ratio of successful calls has been a breeze. We are able to very easily pull data out of our CRM (SFDC) and track how well our reps and department as a whole are performing, as well as assure that we set attainable goals for our reps.

There is never an issue that is not resolved above and beyond the norm. Calls are returned, problems fixed, and my Rep always goes to bat for us. I could not ask for a better company to work with, and I have tried many.
When I am working full time, I make anywhere from 750-1,000 calls a week. To put it simply, contacting this many people within those time constraints would be impossible without Inside Sales. They are very helpful, tech reps are knowledgeable on anything you can think of and if they don't know the answer, they escalate it to someone who can. As far as the insidesales system my rating would only be a 3 star. There are consistant problems. Right now it is the Talk time and there have been a few other issues depending on the day. Adam cant fix certain known issues that are being worked on. Andrew, Rich and I have no frustration with Adam, but the system has failed us multiple times. Growing tired of certain things (especially Talk Time in our dashboard) that we are still paying for not working the way they should.

im pretty neutral so far. the user interface is simple, and its pretty easy to navigate.
my issues are with the finicky problems we experieence on any given day. such as the "disconnect" button in the outbound agent, or the click to dial, not working requiring us to hang up the hard phone after each dial. this also effects out click to leave voicemail capabilities.

I use InsideSales Power Dialer to stay on top of my over sized personal database. I implement the: one click, pre-recorded voice mail and custom email templates. It helps keep me organized. I wish there was dialogue between InsideSales and SF, it seems that it's more of a monologue, but all in all, I love the platform. I can't imagine having to task everything again.

I really liked click-to-call. It made it possible for me to make calls and log notes much faster than before. That was, until the software update. Now click-to-call is causing me all kinds of problems. It's bringing in call log info for other accounts, not dialing when I click, I can't set future task because the sidebar is not fully visible. It has made my last 2 days much more difficult. I marked this score as a 4 becasue I'm sure this is an issue tht will be fixed. If I didn't think that was the case I would move the rating to a 2 because I'm basically not going to use it again until/unless it's fixed

I've used several calling systems that integrate with Salesforce.com and InsideSales.com is the first one that actually works properly, works the way I work, and does exactly what I need in the way I need it to. Behind the scenes, things are excellent, no call drops, no audio issues, no phone tree prompt problems, all were issues with providers in the same space. InsideSales.com's Click-to-call service is reliable and simply works.
InsideSales.com is a true partner when it comes to their product. The product works as advertised and if there is an issue, their experts are on hand to walk us through any challenges. Once the software is installed, productivity goes through the roof starting day 1.

We have been using InsideSales.com PowerDialer for 21 months and seen significant uplift in our ability to drive revenue growth. So far, there hasn't been any support, nor have we heard anything from the person who was rolling us out. We had a pretty bad launch, and nothing has come from the things that we were told would be coming to us. These things include the seek list, and being able to load lists to call off of. In fact, we haven't heard anything since we launched the program. I am still wondering if we are planning to use this going forward. As it stands, the Salesforce integration has been poor as well, when using the dialing function, it has not recorded several of my calls, relying strictly on my memory for a proof of call/contact. Any improvement here would be welcomed, as it seems to be a great program and I would welcome it to my workflow.

Insidesales does not deliver on what they promise. There product does not deliver clear quality as they promise, and half the time I feel the product isn't working correctly.
Working in the Membership retention department at BYU Braodcasting, we use inside sales for all of our calling. It really helps us a lot and since using it we have had more success and have been more effective in accomplishing our goals. We have seen significant increase in what comes in to BYU Broadcasting and we would like to think that InsideSales has been one of the factors for this change.
I like it. It is useful, quick, and easy to learn. There are occasionally malfunctions.
It's better than our last system, but there have still been a lot of glitches and problems that should have been solved by now. In my opinion, for how much we've paid for the services then they should be provided without so many hiccups.
InsideSales is pretty efficient and effective, a vast improvement over our last system that we used (DialVision). It could be a little prettier, and there are occasional, small errors, but nothing too bad or very important.
Insidesales continues to artificially boost their reputation by shamelessly spamming not just their clients but all the their clients employees asking them to give them a good review. I feel that inside sales is a good company. There have been some slight technical issues I have experienced, but the maintenance has been done to improve the system, which made my job easier as an employee. Although it's not a perfect system, they do what they can to improve our experience as employees.

I have been working with insidesales.com for the last couple weeks and they have done a great job.
We have recently purchased InsideSales for 3 groups within our organization. We have implemented 2 of them. The implementation team we have been working with has been very good, with good communication skills and high quality of knowledge to help us build our growth. InsideSales will be a huge benefit to our company to help guide our groups on who and when to call.
Insidesales has a great team that totally helps you walk through your implementation period.
We have seen a 50% increase in our call volumes.
It will be good in the long run, some unexpected glitches have set us back, but the support team has been very responsive.
IS has allowed us to automate our reps daily activities and stripped everything down to what does the data say. The net result is increased levels of efficiency and response. Affected systems extends to our telephony systems as they have been replaced by the ultimately easy to configure call paths.

As someone who is relatively inexperienced in operating a CRM or lead management software of any type, its a pleasure to contact a support staff that is sympathetic as well as helpful. My relationship with my account manager is closer to that of a colleague than that of a customer/client.
InsideSales.com did a fantastic job of getting setup and trained on how to use their product. We have been using now for 6 months, and have increased our response time from an average of 2 days to less than 10 minutes and helped us increase our call volume by 5x.
One year in and Inside Sales has sufficiently provided a product that aligns with our product and needs.

As I've been working with the InsideSales system, it started out as any other generic file system that a company would use. However, as I began to delve further into the system itself, I began to learn of the potential that the amount of customization, automation, and accessibility could provide to the company I work for.
Naturally, that amount of potential was shielded behind a rather harsh and confusing learning curve. However, this learning curve has not hindered us at all ever since reaching out to the InsideSales team for their help. Every single one of our ideas for how to use the system has been answered, sometimes with quite the innovative ideas that actually brought us more accurate results than our own ideas would have.
The training I've received was very good, and the product specialists were very knowledgeable as my colleagues and I threw quite a few questions there way. Even if they didn't know the answer, they often would discover the answer and let us know before our phone call was even over.
Overall, I am very confident in this system; even moreso due to the team behind the system that is more than willing to conquer our ideas alongside us and bring them into reality.

We have utilized InsideSales.com for about 3 years now. We used competitors on the past, but IS.com goes above and beyond what the others would do. The support team is always there when I need them, they are quick to respond and quick to fix any issues we experience. I always recommend them when people inquire about them.
They are many sales acceleration programs available today. We paid a little more for InsideSales believing is was the superior product. What we didnt know was that we'd be receiving the best post-sales support we had received from any vendor, any industry. We still believe we bought the best product, but we now know that InsideSales' post-sales support is where we really extract the value.
We've gained lost of prospecting efficiencies due to inside sales. We couldn't do our jobs nearly as well without them. They will get a 5 star rating from me when I can view accounts and contacts at the same time while using the power dialer.

Whenever we are having issues, or if we need to change anything, our rep is always available and has a quick turnaround.
We are now in our 3rd year of use of IS.com. We have had up to 75 territories using it on a daily basis for out bound calls. Overall the system has functioned as advertised. Our reps like the ease of use and how the interface allows them to input notes efficiently. They also like the recorded message and local presence feature. The IS.com team has been responsive to our needs. We haven't been able to show a positive ROI yet because we haven't been able to get our arms around the data. We are now working with the IS.com team on this. This the key from moving this from a "4" to a "5".

We recently implemented InsideSales.com and had a positive experience at each step. Sales and the implementation team were responsive and flexible in working with us to meet our needs, even though we are a small customer. We were transitioned seamlessly from one stage to the next and had several pre-planned support calls to make sure we were up and running smoothly.
Brandon did a great job helping us fixing some issues Microsystems was having making phone calls. We had called twice before. Once I got a hold of Brandon, he guided us to contact support. Brandon, even stayed on the call until we reached support and guided us to appropriate steps to fix this issue. After that, they followed up to make sure that everything was running smoothly. Happy to say that permanently resolved our calling issues.
So far, InsideSales has worked out pretty well for us. I have not come in to contact with to many issues. If I have, InsudeSales is pretty user friendly and was able to correct those issues in a timely matter.

We wanted a dialing agent that would help us to increase the number of discovery meetings we book. With Inside Sales we've done more than that -since acquiring the tool when we restructured our outbound calling efforts, we've filled the pipeline with 90% + more meetings and overall qualified opportunities.
Salesforce is critical for us to get more visibility on where our sales are going, what is the lead times, how many opportunities (sales orders) or pending, what are new accounts v. existing accounts, etc. Most of all, lets us focus on activities so are inside sales pirate crew (team of four) can crank.

InsideSales.com represents EXACTLY what I was looking for for the last 10 years! My first project working at my current company was to roll out Insidesales for close to 300 inside sales reps. We evaluated multiple dialer solutions but we knew we needed something smarter than the old school 5 dials at once and the first to pick up method. We were able to roll out the dialer within 3 months and productivity increased by 25%. We actually have a new problem where poor reps are too productive and burn through leads too fast.

I run a global Inside Sales organization of roughly 57 people. We have had lots of different tools we use in the SaaS world over the years, so I have quite a bit of experience working with products and vendors. That eludes to the 2 most important things; Products & Vendors! In my experience no company excelled at both of these categories, except for insidesales.com. InsideSales.com has the best product on the market, hands down. I have used a few other unnamed vendors on this list, and I would not put them in the same category. Unfortunately for Insidesales.com competitors, I can say the same about the company. Insidesales.com has given me the best customer experience I have ever had before AND after a purchase. The other vendors basically would forget about us and be nonresponsive once they got my POs. Sam Hancock and Scott Gardner are our sales team and they take care of everything. Our organization switched over to IS.com for two main reasons:
1. Their product features/functions were better aligned with our needs (the Powerdialer allowed our team to better manage their time, ease the drain of high volume dials, and utilize local presence)
2. SFDC Integration- IS.com has created a GUI and integration that far surpasses other dialers we have used.

What I really like about this tool is the suite of products they offer and how they all work together to solve some of Sales Management's biggest needs. And on top of that, it's a tool that completely integrates into the Salesforce.com platform so everything is located in one place and reporting can be quickly and easily done on all aspects of the Lead to Opportunity process.
Besides being a great tool, working with this company has been a great experience. I always get immediate response and answers to my questions and they go above and beyond the call of duty to help me and my team out.

InsideSales.com is incredibly efficient. A rep is able to make over 50 calls, send 50 emails and leave 50 voicemails in less than an hour. Spread that across an entire day or 40-hour week and you can see how quickly a rep is able to qualify, disqualify, or get in touch with their leads.
IS is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. It looks just like SFDC and is not a foreign tool, allowing reps to quickly pick up and apply best practices.
The SFDC integration is seamless - MQLs are quickly brought into call lists, allowing reps to attack their hottest leads quickly and consistently. A rep uses their lists to also uncover any Cold leads who have never been touched, leaving no lead in a territory uncovered.
The implementation with them went very smooth and when ever a question arises help has always been just a quick phone call away and I have always had 1 call resolution with any issue I have had.
The staff at InsideSales are always courteous and knowledgeable. In addition to that, their implementation staff has gone above and beyond to help us during many changes and transitions. Drew Troutner and Mike Miller are always responsive and solve problems quickly, and never seem to tire of helping us help ourselves.
These guys truly get what it means to provide a customer-centric experience. Superior service and superior product.
InsideSales.com has a great product. Prior to initiating service with IS.com we looked at several different companies. Between their local presence and activity options we decided to go with them. Since using IS.com we have had a significant upswing in our connect rates which has lead to more closed deals.
The service we receive through them is also top notch. There have been very few issues. However, whenever we have had an issue I have been able to get through to someone immediately to have the issues resolved. I would definitely recommend them to other companies.

Kristen and her team have been extremely helpful! She has helped customize our InsideSales tools, which has, in turn, increased the productivity and output of the Business Development team here.
I know that the InsideSales team has our best interests at heart when they provide us with tools and information. They have already helped us more than double the number of outbound calls we make each day and I am working closely with InsideSales to continue to increase that number.

I love working with Inside Sales. Not only has their dialer been able to help us reach more of our customers faster but they have helped us with our entire sales process. There are some issues that ISS has but I am happy that they have Great support. While any tech company is going to have its share of issues ISS support teams are responsive and work hard to resolve your issue.
It would be nice if they did not have issues but with the level of support they offer it can make it hard to stay frustrated about flaws in their system.
Our account manager John Bishoff is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. He is a busy man but does a good job about helping provide guidance that navigates us through our issues.
I do wish that when I had an issue I could reach out to one point of contact instead of calling a support line because sometimes it makes it hard to keep it straight who is working on which issue.
No complaints. I appreciate the customer service from everyone I've interacted with there.

I am the Director of Technology for a company of 100. We have an average of 500 new leads per day. I tried multiple phone systems, LiveOPS, RingDNA, five9 and few others. Best product in the industry.
After running a trial with a select few salespeople, we made the decision to convert our whole sales organization to Insidesales.com. With very little training and effort we had over 65 people making and receiving calls directly through Salesforce. Using their Powerdialer, we averaged around a 50% improvement in outbound call activity. Which in turn increased our sales activity.

We have used InsideSales' CRM system with Local Presence for less than one year. Revenues from sales of our main product have jumped 27% over the same quarter previous year. The number of completed calls has doubled compared to our stats pre-InsideSales, and we have set new records in each of the last three months for the number of appointments set for sales presentations. We use InsideSales Power Dialer with their CRM and have been impressed with the ability to segment and map out prospecting strategies in a simple straightforward manner that frees the sales team to focus on conversations, qualifying and closing.
The customer service is excellent. The reps are knowledgeable and engaging, I have yet to speak with someone on that team that did not put a smile on my face. And I have had some reps call me back a day later with a different angel or better way to accomplish our objective.

From the start of my research on a cloud based all in one dialer and account management company it was very confusing and I just couldn't make a decision because there always seemed to be an uneasy feeling in my gut. Once I was contact by InsideSales.com it became so much easier.

We partnered with Inside Sales in early 2013. There were a few bumps in the road because of differences in our old CRM and theirs, however they have worked with us tirelessly to make sure their product offers everything we need to be successful in our business. The employees are professional and experts in their field. The product that really sold me on Inside Sales was the dialer and the ability to leave voice mails or emails without having to reinvent the wheel every time which allows for more calls to be made and a consistent message to every customer. This has greatly increased our efficiency.
I am part of a support team within VMware and have worked with IS.com several times. They without a doubt have been great to work with!
Very simply put. InsideSales.com has excellent service and account management. I am only a single license customer, but they treat me like I was an enterprise customer with 500 seats. There is not an issue that they don't address within minutes, not days!! They are flexible, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have been with them now for 4 years, and have seen their explosive growth in the market firsthand. But what is so refreshing is that, even with their growth, their service levels did not drop off but actually have increased, and gotten better (and they were great before)!! Not usually the case. We utilize the ISDC PowerDialer solution to help us gain additional efficiencies with our inside sales operations. We have been able to increase our outbound call volumes, drive additional accountability and sales from our Inside Sales teams thanks to ISDC. The ISDC product is tightly integrated with SFDC and allows us to deliver clear management reporting. We have also recently started to utilize ISDC PowerStandings to begin efforts to add "gamification" to our sales teams. Although just started, we are seeing the benefits of having the teams "compete" with each other on meeting company goals.
The ISDC team has been extremely supportive and we have had a great experience from a customer support perspective. We have been very happy with our experience with the ISDC team.

When I found InsideSales I KNEW they were the right fit for me and after 4 years of using their services, I have not been disappointed. Their power dialer is the primary reason I selected them and it is AWESOME, but almost just as awesome is their amazing support staff. My support manager Steele is fantastic. We selected the IS system because one of our business partners is using the system with strong results and we're looking to duplicate their success. Although we are not yet thru Implementation, I went ahead and built Dialer Initiatives and campaigns to get my agents using the power dialer sooner rather than later. I'd have to say our interaction with the Implementation Specialist is not at the level I'd like, but the back end support from our assigned representative and the customer support team has been fabulous - speedy reaction to any trouble spots and proactive communications from them to assist with any questions I might uncover as I stumble thru the system. I recently attended the Certification course along with our IT expert and found nothing but generous support and a strong focus from the education team to make sure we had all the details we needed to continue to build our utilization of the system and grow our capacity. I'm delighted with our decision to go with the Insidesales.com system and look forward to our future capabilities utilizing this system.

After a year with this company I have such mixed emotions about them. On one hand their technology is very powerful and it can help you improve your business. On the other hand trying to get someone to return your phone call regarding a customer service issue is like pulling teeth. We have been using Insidesales.com for over a year now after banging our heads against the wall with sub-standard CRM providers who simply didn't have the resources or even most of the time the desire to address the needs our company had. I am yet to find any other system on the market that is anywhere near as useable as Insidesales.com. I have been able to literally triple the productivity of my agents which oddly enough always seems to result in increased sales. The Tech and Customer Service Team is prompt and gets the job done every time. If you arenâ€™t using Insidesales.com you should be because I am and so are your competitors.

We have used a handful of different CRM/InsideSales systems only to find that the front and back end useability to be extremely limited for our needs and by no means cost effective. InsideSales.com was the best choice for us in our line of work and enabled us to not only increase sales on the floor but allow our back end users to maintain their sanity. InsideSales.com customer service is by far the best and have went far beyond what any other CRM/InsideSales company is even capable of. InsideSales.com is the choice to make if you are a small business or even a large corporation looking to increase productivity without redesigning the wheel. Their flexibility allows them to tailor a system to your specific needs. InsideSales.com is the only way to go. If you had a need to move satellites I am sure InsideSales.com could get it done for you.

I would highly recommend insidesales for provider of the year. We have used them to power our sales center and we have seen a large increase in contact rate and close rate. Their dialer is the best I have seen. And their implementation / customer service has been stellar to deal with. They have made us more profitable.

We implemented the insidesales.com power dialer this year. Our 20 person outbound appointment setting team is used to tools like this, but is blown away by the increased functionality and speed of the dialer. We give them options between a few products, and the majority is voting for insidesales.com. If you have good people, good training/coaching, and a good process in place, it might be time to crank up the juice with their power dialer.
