Please join us for the launch of the Healthcare Virtual Chapter meeting of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals. The AA-ISP is the only association dedicated to the advancement of inside sales as a profession. All current AA-ISP members are invited to join us. It's a great way to learn more about the association, our community, and membership benefits. Also, you have the opportunity to help set the future of the Healthcare Virtual Chapter as we reach our across North America to Healthcare Inside Sales Professionals through virtual, open forum discussions led by Chapter President, Nancy Arnold, Inside Sales Manager of Scanlan International, Inc.

AA-ISP Webinar: Lead Response - Impact and Improvement

The American Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP), in conjunction with InsideSales.com, is presenting a webinar that addresses lead response management (LRM), a new category of lead management that has come about because of the original MIT Study.

The MIT Study by Dr. James Oldroyd of MIT and Dave Elkington, CEO of InsideSales.com done in October 2007 showed a dramatic increase in contact and qualification rates when you respond to web-based leads within 5 minutes and has had an amazing impact on the Inside Sales industry, often helping companies increase overall results received from web-based leads by 2-3 times.

AA-ISP 2009 - 2010 Annual Member Awards

PROGRAM SUMMARY AND RECIPIENT ELIGIBILITY

The AA-ISP Annual Awards will recognize individuals, organizations and solution providers from 2009- 2010.
- Awards will be presented at the Leadership Summit in May. (Recipients do not have to attend the Summit to receive the award)
- Award recipients across all categories must be members in good standing with the AA-ISP.
- AA-ISP Sponsors are not eligible for the awards in the Inside Sales Professionals category.
- AA-ISP members may nominate individuals via the link posted below.
- All nominations will be reviewed by the Awards Committee which is comprised of the AA-ISP Leadership Team and select Advisory Board members.
- Final Award selections will be determined by the Awards Committee.
