Bob Perkins
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
bob.perkins@aa-isp.orgA nationally-recognized inside sales innovator, Bob Perkins has extensive executive experience building and leading highly successful inside sales organizations. During his career he has created unique inside sales systems and structures, including team selling models, compensation plans, rewards and recognition programs, performance management tools, and sales campaigns which have been adopted by many of the nation's largest companies. His 20 years inside sales experience includes positions as Vice President or Director with Unisys, Silicon Graphics, United Health Group and currently Merrill Corporation. As a sought-after sales consultant, he has worked with many of the country's major corporations to implement or improve their inside sales channels. A popular conference speaker, Bob has presented keynote addresses at industry forums and corporate sales conferences nationwide. His proven expertise with the interrelated aspects of leadership development, motivation, and sales strategy has made him one of the top inside sales authorities in the United States. Bob holds a Master of Science degree in education from Nazareth College, Rochester, New York.

Larry Reeves
Chief Operating Officer & EVP Sales
larry.reeves@aa-isp.orgWith over 30 years sales and marketing experience, Larry Reeves brings a multidimensional perspective to the AA-ISP executive team. He has managed virtually every aspect of the inside sales industry, from building high performing sales organizations to the strategic development of outsourcing and channel partnerships. Larry's diverse professional background includes inside sales leadership positions with high tech manufacturers and integrators, Silicon Graphics and Unisys. He's held executive leadership roles with the outsourcers Sutherland Group and Performark. Additionally, Larry was a managing partner with strategic planning experts, Hines Consulting; he has application development and sales experience with Custom Solutions, and was a front line sales manager with Channel Re-seller Roslin Computers. An exceptional team builder and motivator, Larry has developed a well-earned reputation for his operational expertise and ability to improve efficiency and productivity. He is a recognized authority in performance tracking and management, CRM tools and data management, and sales and marketing programs. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from St. John Fisher College, Rochester, New York.

Lynn Johnson
Senior VP Member Services + Chapter Programs
lynn.johnson@aa-isp.orgExperienced as a business development/sales leader delivering consistent and sustainable revenue, profit, and market-share increases, Lynn brings over 25 years of experience to the leadership team of AA-ISP. She is a respected leader who inspires, motivates, develops, mentors and trains sales team to exceed goals. Lynn's passion for proactivley seeking best practices in project management, performance managment, sales process improvements has allowed her to hone skills in these areas resulting in improved productitiy and lowering costs. Lynn's diverse professional background includes sales & marketing leadership roles as Director or Manager at Unisys Corporation and Lenel Systems International, and began her sales career at Xerox Corporation. Lynn has earned a reputaton for being innovative in creating and implementing solutions to maximize account coverage, retention of customers and overall customer satisfaction. She is known for her ability to build upon the power of collaboration and encourages this approach in her sales teams and leadership forums. During the early CRM days of SIeibel, Lynn's sales team was a beta site and she provided her expertise in workflow & sales business processes to establish the CRM roadmap for Siebel and Unisys. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mansfield University in Mansfield, Pennsylvania.

Angela Pedersen
Senior Director of Sales
angela.pedersen@aa-isp.orgAngela Pedersen joined the AA-ISP in 2009 as the Senior Director of Sales. In addition to membership sales, she is also responsible for member services. Angela's background covers 14 years of inside sales and sales leadership positions within the financial industry. As a key member of the AA-ISP management team, Angela will oversee the growth of our association's membership as well as member services and communications.
