Steve Fife has been acting as or managing Inside Sales Resources for over ten years, building Inside Sales organizations in companies large and small in the High Tech sector. In his current role at Teradata, he’s the Director of Lead Development, managing a Team of Lead Development Reps, Customer Care Managers, and Business Development Managers. Teradata is a provider of high end data warehouse and data analytics solutions to many of the Fortune 1000 companies in the US and internationally. Philosophically, Steve is seeking to combine the value that Inside Sales Resources can bring to the company’s bottom line with his earnest desire to help Inside Sales Professionals and team members grow, expand and achieve in their careers. Fortunately, as anyone who is familiar with AA-ISP can attest, the Inside Sales Professional is now a sought after commodity, and will continue to be for the foreseeable future – or at least as long as telephones remain a part of doing business! Steve earned his BS in Electronics Engineering way back in 1995, fulfilling a strong desire to be an Engineer – and after being asked to present on a sales call after two years in an engineering role, walked away from engineering and has been involved in selling ever since!
