AA-ISP Boston Chapter Meeting: Hot Topics Session: Culture, Training, and Coaching

We'll share top take-aways from the Chicago Leadership conference, then break into two large groups:

Participate in one or both of the group discussions we’ll be holding about three of the hottest topics in Inside Sales: sales training, sales coaching and building a strong sales culture.

Sales culture is a huge topic – one that doesn’t get anywhere near enough attention! Join us as we all examine the importance of culture and the elements required to ensure you have a healthy one. Walk away with new, dynamic ideas to ensure you have a thriving sales culture.

Sales coaching and sales training often get looped together. Learn how other organizations define the difference between them, when they make sense and strategies and tactics to ensure execution.

Top tip strategies from both discussions will be presented at the end of the session. If you are a practitioner in training or coaching within a sales organization, a sales leader, or individual contributor, we encourage you to attend. When we are done, everyone will have new ideas and actionable advice to put into immediate practice.

CSO Insights survey states that "47% of companies say it takes 10 or more months for new sales people to become fully productive (67% are 7 or more months)."
